# Deel

> Follow these steps to connect Deel via the StackOne Hub successfully.

  Ensure that your Deel account has Admin privileges.

If you've been directed to StackOne to integrate with Deel, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure a successful integration.

## Create your Deel API Access Token

<Steps>

    In Deel, click **Hub** in the navigation menu, then select **Apps > Developer Center**.

  <Step title="Create a new API Access Token">
    On the **API access & Sandbox** tab, scroll down to the **API access tokens** section.

      We recommend using an **Organization Token** which is tied to the organization. Personal Tokens tied to an individual and will expire once the user leaves the company.
    </Info>

    Select **Organization Token** (or **Personal Token** if preferred), then click **Generate New Token** to create a new access token.

  <Step title="Configure the API Access Token">
    Set a label for the API Access Token, click **Next**

    This integration requires the following scopes: `Select All`

    Click **Generate**

  <Step title="Copy your API Access Token">
    Copy your API Access Token and store it safely to be used in a later step.

## Connecting with StackOne

Upon reaching the Link Account page, enter the **API Access Token** from the previous steps.

Proceed by clicking **Connect**.
